From the Editor

“The Economy of the Future” is a special issue of the Positive Changes Journal, dedicated to providing an expert overview of how the social and economic relationships in the society can and should evolve. Analysts, researchers, visionaries and practitioners share their vision of the future of the economy and the path it must take to make positive changes happen as soon as possible.

The special issue traditionally features expert articles, interviews, studies, a digest of recent publications, as well as new columns – “In Simple Words” with an original essay, and “True to the Book”, with a book review.

This issue raises questions about the future of economic education, the possibility of moving from a linear to a circular economy, the evolution of civil finance, the future of investing, and much more. Our guest of honor today is Jeffrey Sachs, “probably the most important economist in the world” according to The New York Times, twice named one of the top 100 most influential people in the world.

The issue is timed to coincide with the International Social Business Day, which is celebrated around the world on June 28. Congratulations to all our readers on this holiday, and many positive changes to you!
