This monograph is devoted to the process of formation of models for regulating relations in the field of insolvency (bankruptcy) and the specifics of legal liability in this area. The paper studies the concept, criteria and signs of bankruptcy of insolvent debtors as the basis for the emergence of insolvency relations (bankruptcy), analyzes the debt obligations underlying the emergence of these relations. The author reveals the influence of the debtor’s actions on the nature and features of the implementation of liability in relations of insolvency (bankruptcy), shows the specifics of determining and identifying losses in this area of relations.
