This publication of articles includes materials of International scientific-practical conference on the subject «The concept of development of judicial system and system of voluntary and compulsory execution of decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, courts of the general jurisdiction, arbitration, the arbitration courts and the European court under human rights» which took place on April, 20–23 2007 in Sochi.

Remerisa), Germany (University of I. V. Goethe, Frankfurt on Main) and the USA (Center of comparative jurisprudence).
Participants of holding internal and in absentia scientific discussion became many known scientists, expert-practice, and also those who takes the first steps in a science.
Organizers of conference – faculty of civil procedure and the law of master and servant of a faculty of law of the Kuban state university, dean's office of a faculty of law, administration KubGU and Center of civil researches of Institute of the state and the right of the RAS – have conditioned for the serious creative discussion, allowed to present in the present digest a wide spectrum of sights at actual problems of the judiciary and system voluntary and enforcement of decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, courts of the general jurisdiction, arbitral, reference tribunals and the European court under the human right.

The close attention in the digest is given to various aspects of the concept of development of the judiciary, to problems of her unity, questions of specialization of court procedure, uniformity of the judicial opinion, features of consideration of separate categories has put, to alternative ways of the admittance of civil disputes, and also problems of execution of decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, courts of the general jurisdiction, arbitral, reference tribunals and the European court under the human right.
This collection of articles is the seventh one of scientific works, published by the department of civil process and working law, created in September in 2001.
