My dear friend, if you’re already acquainted with our great friends Homiq and Hammy from “Easy Grammar with Hamsters”, you will probably like Carvey, Josya, Poboodnyam, Botswain and other inhabitants of Mooland. Here is a poem to introduce you to this magic country. Enjoy!
In Mooland happen lots of things:
There are some cows that have wings,
There are bull-fishers catching fish,
And cow-cooks bringing a dish.
Cow-sweeps are sweeping in the streets,
Bull-president is kind and neat.
Lots of good choices – look around!
Some big planes landing on the ground.
And chocolate boiling pop-pop-pop!
A calf who has a lollypop,
There are some souvenirs in shops
And in hotel a bull-cleaner mops.
And Botswain’s looking now for you,
Poboodnyam lowing: Moo-Moo!
The Scientist sleeping in a chair,
And those things happen everywhere!
So, baker Prue is baking bread.
Some bulls are completely dressed in red.
And cows resting on the grass.
And buffalos are drinking “Kvass”!
And cow-shopkeepers selling sweets,
The restaurants are full of treats.
And bull calves racing down the road.
Bull agents travelling abroad.
The bull-minister is cheerful,
He overate and said: “I’m full!”
And architect called Moosty is
Chewing the best cow-cheese.
Everything’s in blossom now.
Every cow is a happy cow!
The museums are open too
And all calves are chanting “Moo!”
Moolya is waiting for the train,
And the rain falls in the lane.
Bulls are pacing to and fro,
Other cows write the law.
And Ox Green is selling limes,
Smiling, joking he sometimes.
Every cow is tired now
It’s 10 o’clock, wow!
Every bull is sleeping tight,
We should say to them: “Good night!”
