The monograph deals with the comprehensive research of a legal entity reorganization institute, including the problems of legal regulations and recent changes of civil legislation on legal entities. Certain elements of reorganization relationships are studied. The new norms of civil legislation on the reorganization of a legal entity are evaluated.
