The present edition is a collection of research articles devoted to the most extensively discussed issues concerning the implementation of the legislation covering insolvency in russia and france. this symposium is prepared cooperatively by the lecturers of the faculty of Law and Political Science of the university of Nice – Sophia Antipolis and the faculty of Law of National research university «Higher School of Economics» within the collaboration in consolidation of experience of both countries in regulation of complicated issues in the field of insolvency including the institute of insolvency of physical persons emerging in russian federation. the articles cover the legislative innovations in regulation of insolvency in russia and france; the main purpose of the presented analysis is the preparation of the background for the further comparative research within the continued cooperation.
