The monograph presents the results of a study of digitalization the public administration. The purpose of this work – the development of the architecture of a single state digital platform based on distributed ledger technology. The authors created models for algorithmizing and automating operations in the field of budgeting, tax administration, external and internal financial control, investigations of money laundering, antimonopoly regulation. In other areas of public administration feasibility of using blockchain has been proven in the following areas: law protection activity, property registration, protection of intellectual property, elections and voting, energy, transport, healthcare, education, physical culture and sport. During the research, such methods as analysis, analogy, classification, modeling have been used. Also attention has been paid the study of legislative acts of the Russian Federation; analytical articles of the largest consulting and technology companies on the subject of the implementation of blocking in the public sector; the study of foreign government bodies in terms of the prospects for the introduction into circulation of national accounting units: scientific articles on the problems of the effectiveness of public financial management.
