In practice, the GPC agreement is reflected between individuals, legal entities, as well as individuals and legal entities. For example, an agency agreement between an agent (an individual, for example, self-employed) and an insurance company (legal entity). Or between the supplier of products and the store (legal entities). Or between a self-employed lawyer, for example, a self-employed independent forensic expert (individual).
